A registration requirement applies for objects with a height of 60 metres or more in a built-up area, and a height of 25 metres or more in a non-built-up area (or in the case of mobile cranes, a height of 40 metres or more). Owners are required to notify the FOCA in advance of the construction or alteration of such buildings and installations or temporary objects.
